The GDPR & the DPA
The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) is being replaced with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) from May 25th 2018. Nvizible endeavours to comply with both the DPA the GDPR at all times with its data collection, handling and processing. This policy is under regular review to ensure we remain compliant.

Personal data (such as name, contact details and contents of the communication) will be provided in some form or other when an individual gets in touch with us with an application, question, complaint, comment or feedback. Any information you share with us will be treated in accordance with the GDPR. We will never ask you to provide data that isn’t necessary to the transaction. We use your data to make sure your experience and dealings with Nvizible are smooth and efficient.
How is my personal data protected & who has access to it?
We have internal policies and controls in place to make sure your data is stored securely and is not lost, misused or accessed by anyone except Nvizible’s staff in the performance of their duties.
For how long is my data stored?
We’ll never hang on to your information for longer than necessary. We conduct regular reviews, so unless there’s a sound legal basis for keeping certain data, we delete it after 12 months, or at the point when it is no longer required, whichever is sooner.
